P90X Day 11 – Back on track!

Ok I am feeling better finally, not 100% but  close enough.

This morning was supposed to be Yoga X but with me missing some workouts due to being sick I was not thrilled with the thought of Yoga I wanted more cardio to get me heart rate up again so I did Cardio X.

I am glad I did, it was the shortest DVD at about 45 minutes and included some yoga along with the cardio so it was a great heart rate kicker without killing me as I build back up some endurance from being sick. Stoked to get back to full tilt!
