Blog catch up day!
Day 16 was Plyometrics again and I felt like I had more endurance, there was a point where I could not believe I was keeping up! That did not last though, it kicked my butt. 🙂
Day 17 arms and shoulders, I felt it but need to get dumbells or heavier resistance bands. There were some exercises that I needed to do more reps since I did not have enough weight.
Overall I can tell that I am feeling better, I feel like my gut is getting sucked back in and just overall feeling healthier!
