P90X – X Stretch

I have to say that was the easiest workout I have done so far. There were some things that I was not good at or flexible enough for but as a whole it was a calmer easier routine. Now that I said that I will also say that I feel good after doing it. I feel limber and relaxed and I know that our bodies need this as much as the cardio and resistance routines.

This is the stuff that helps prevent injury and that is important as you get older, as you workout and really for everyday life. Don’t neglect it!
