P90X Catching up…

Today was plyometrics but I am sore from the new chest, shoulder, tri workout yesterday.

This is the first time I have been in a workout routine for 30 days but was still dealing with soreness!

It is good soreness though, muscle confusion works! lol

This post was actually from Tuesday and it did not post for some reason (probably my fault)

Crazy week, I will try to get back on track tomorrow!
