Well, I am a little sore!
Not like first workout in a year sore, but proof that muscle confusion works tight/sore and it feels good.
I am doing more reps and have more stamina compared to the first time going through some of these exercises. It is still tough though, and that could partially be because my phase two was not as good as it could have been, which I talked about in some previous posts.
So I feel good, and I will keep pushing! for anybody starting P90X or in the earlier stages don’t let times of sickness, schedule issues or anything else stop you, just pick back up where you left off and keep pushing! You will realize you are not going to do 90 days and be done, it is a lifestyle change and if you don’t get the results you want or were expecting, be ready to start over after day 90, that is what I will do.
